AIRTEL-Pathetic broadband service- uncooperative customer care
I’m using two broadband connections:
Home use – 5334328
Office use- 4608888 [Monthly billing of Rs. 12, 000]
Both the connections are not working, I’m writing this complaint using the Vodafone data card.
After several phone calls and innumerable phone calls, our problems remain unresolved [ who is going to compensate us for the time and business lost? ]
The so called customer care people refuse to take my calls or even call back. I have been in touch with :
S. Mehrowtra – 9958000121- Apparently her phone is “not well” and she cannot see who is calling. She has been asked several times to visit the site but “our office is too far”.
Nishant Sharma- 9910028579 – he is perpetually in meetings and only makes false promises.
I have come to the conclusion that Airtel is of no use to us.
Therefore I would like to surrender the services immediately- I will advise all our associates in Ghaziabad not to use Airtel.
