Dear Sir,

I use my broad band line no 01814011588 of Airtel. in January. In Feb. I submit request for disconnection. And submit application again and again, Now i submit local airtel office received instruments in june july. Local airtel office asure me connnection disconnection. Today 06Sept. i got airtel call again for submittion of payment. And payment increased month by month. please help me.

I have all audio proof from airtel calls and customer care office from local office.
