Not receive relieving latter and full & final settlement amount

Dear sir,

I was working with HDFC Bank Ltd at indore branch from 15/07 . I have already submitted my resignation letter as well as cse post checklist. But till date I have not received my relieving letter nor full & final settlement amount. my employee code cd-11068 and branch code 1240 commerce house indore.

So its my humble request to you for taking positive steps in this regards.
