I was holding HDFC credit card, using that I made a mobile phone purchase on 9/10 for 6 mont his EMI. But I got the statement only in November stating that I need to make the payment immediately, usually every 28th of the month payment should be made. Its their mistake sending the statement late and collecting the late fee from the customer. Then the December month statement was even more worser which was stating that I need to pay "secure plus proc fee and secure plus charge fee and loan pre closure fee and card membership fee for Rs. 6538.33 apart from my mobile EMI which was 1196. When I called up credit card division they do not answer me properly, and I paid my 6 months EMI promptly, but now that is after one and half years credit card agent "Arun" calling me and asking for the remaining amount and daily torturing me and my family members, is there any solution for this?
