Efund amount

My card no. is 5243 6810 0143 3229. last 11 months befor i will taken amount 55869/- EMI on hdfc bank card. Ms. ruchi contact no. 011 41809359, 41809502 (Dated 30/11 Time 13.20) saying to me HDFC ERGO free with this EMI no any extra cost and processing fee detected in future. she saying our telephone conversation is recorded. You pay only 1.35% Interest on EMI amount and 2% processing Fee.

But my first month statement dec insurance amount 7739 & 300 Processing fee including in my statement. and every months 644/- monthly installment. I pay eight instalment amount 644*8 = 5152. Then dated 26/07 i cancelled my ergo policy and amt 2884/- credit in my A/C and also debt 2579 policy cancel fee.

Total debit 7739 300 = 8039 (01/12)

Cancel Charge 2579 (28/07)

Pay of HDFC BANK 644*8 = 5152 300 5452

Total refund 2884 (26/07)

I request to you PLZ. Refund my total policy EMI amount 5472/-
