Dear Sir,
This is regarding my fixed deposit in your GK 1 NEW DELHI branch of Rs 10 lacs which i needed to break immediately for my personal urgent use when i went to them they said that it was linked to my credit card and there was a lean on it for which it will take 7 working days for removal of the lean so i personally went and surrendered my credit card with a covering letter on the 20th june in the GK 1 branch for which my complain nos is 12206352737 and my card nos is 4854980000002677 on enquiring through phone at cutomer care my credit card was recieved in chennai on 27th june and no outstanding balance against me and now it is permanantly blocked as on 20th it was temporarily blocked on enquiring from GK 1branch i am still told that they cant help me whereas earlier thy said by 28th i will get the money now the GK 1 branch is blaming the credit card department and the credit card department is blaming the branch. I am left in the crossfire. Kindly doe the needful on URGENT basis as iam a SUPPOSED TO BE A VGPP customer with transactions of a few lacs a month also i am a respectful doctor and dont have time for this nonsense. KINDLY DOE THE NEEDFUL ON URGENT BASIS AS THIS IS PUTTING HDFC BANK IN BAD LIGHT MY NEWEST COMPLAIN NO; DEL C 0812003719 so kindly release my fixed deposit ASAP... thanx and regards...
