UN HAPPY SERVICE

I Applied for Credit card last month and did not receive any verification call. But i received a ref no# ..I checked the ref no# after 2 weeks after 2 weeks and came to know my application was canceled . i called HDFC to Enquire about the reason for cancelation of my application. The agent said I 'll receive an email stating the reason. 1 months passed but I have not received any thing... last week i called HDFC, this time an agent said i'll receive a call in 2 days .this time time also i had not received any call...

I have a Salary account with HDFC and earn more than 3 lakhs as salary a year and I am facing this much of problem.
