I have HDFC credit card for last one year now and i have some payment due against that card, i am paying some amount every month, this month a recovery agent named Deepali from HDFC recovery office somewhere in phase 3b2 Mohali called and when i told her that i need some time to make the payment she said that she didn't call to get the date of payment rather she is sending an executive to collect the payment when i told her that i cannot pay the money immediately she started using offensive language, to be exact she said " Agar haisiyat nai thi pay karne ki to kharch kyu kiye paise, ab to payment karwani hi padegi aur mai apna executive bhej rahi hu, chahe kisi se paise mang ke karwao ya kuch bhi karke, mera executive paise lekar hi jayega" i disconnected the phone saying that i cannot make the payment on immediate basis and she kept on calling me, then after 2 to 4 days she again called and said that " sharm nai ati tumhe bank ka paisa kha gaye ho aur ab chuka nai rahe, aukat ka pata chal gya tumhari i again disconnected saying that i will not make payment to her benefit, she again kept on calling i didn't pick the phone. Then she sent her executive to my house without taking any consent from me, although he was a gentleman when i told her about the same he made me talk to Depali's team leader as per that girl told me, and she tried to pacify me, i promised her that i will try to make the payment on 30th, unfortunately i was not at home on 30th, as i was in hospital to see one of my friends, so couldn't pick the phone there, she sent an executive and they told to my mother that if i am not home you have to pay the bills, my mother refused to pay without talking to me. Then she again sent the executive for second time after half an hour, i was still not at home my mother told him the same. In the evening she again sent the executive named Manoj and he made my mother speak to Deepali, she said to my mother " kahan chhupa ke rakha hai apne bete ko, paise kyu nai dete, apko bhi sharm nai ati kya, she insulted my mother alot, then my mother spoke to Shweta her team leader and she apologized to my mother for her behavior, but never stopped calling me, then they started calling my mother as well when she has nothing to do with my payment.

I want to complaint against Deepali for insulting my mother and me for the payment when i am not a regular defaulter. I expected a goood customer service from a bank like HDFC please help me and tell me what my rights are being a customer, Do i deserve this kind of behavior?
