ATM Amount Debited money not received

ATM wrong transaction – Amount Debited but money not received. Dear Sir, I have a Saving Account No. 10283168342 and ATM Card No. 6220180325100101436 with State Bank of India. I have used union Bank ATM (IN GANDHINAGAR SECTOR-7) on 24-March at 17:00 to 18:00 PM in the night for withdrawal amount Rs.500/-. But I have not received any money from the Union Bank ATM and my account showing Rs.500/- debited for the transaction. I don't received any Transaction slip.i went to union bank branch in sec -17 Gandhinagar but i don't get any response from there. It is humble request your good self to verify and make necessary arrangement to release/credit the wrong debited amount of Rs 500/-back to my S.B.I. Saving Account No. 10283168342 at the earliest.
