Complain for change plan

I am narendra from sikar rajasthan before 16 month i have purchase airtel dish. my costmer id is 3001138713 . i take super plan 127 per moth . but last many months airtel change my plan super value 127 to 221 plan without any notice & without my permission . i have loss 100/- per month . i want only super value 127 plan . how can airtel change my plan without any notice any request change plan . now i want refund my money.i have also complain to airtel costumer care but . i have no any solution .please help me solve my problem
