Unnecessary balance deduction

I have charged my airtel A/C twice with 98 internet pack but still balance was deducted from my main A/C. i had talked to airtel customer support more then 5-6 time, they told me that my querry willl be solved soon but still internet pack was not activated in my A/C. i was a vodafone customer, i changed my service provider just because of airtel goodwill. but after this incedent airtel was no more a good service provider for my self.
