earlier, I sent you a e-mail regarding unnecessary balance deduction from my mobile No. 9612688151. I get Rs 15 from the airtel company and credit to my account... but again deduction of my balance starts on my mobile..dis is disgusting. I wan to know can i get rid of this problem.the company is cheating the customer by deducting unwanted charges. The customer care No.. 198 and 121 is not working from my mobile they said the line is barred. They told me type in Capital Letter MY AIRTEL and send to 121 and the line opens but again the problem is not solved.
lastly I wan to know can i get some compensation from the company for mental and financial harassment..
