Unnecessary balance deduction

how many times I complain u about my balance deduction agianst my mobile No. 9612688151 but the problem is not solved again my balance has deducted unnecessary with out any reasons. U chek your mail how many times i write but from your side no positive response. I fed up with this response from your side. The Customer care call 198 and 121 line is not open from my mobile

I demand compensation from the company for my mental and financial harassment otherwise I go to the consumer court.

an early action in the matter is requested please.
