Unauthorised deduction from prepaid connection

I am airtel pre-paid customer. On 22.10. I received an SMS from AD-54888 stating that an amount of Rs.10 has been charged for missed call alert service. Again on 11.11.2011 Rs.30 has been charged on account of the said service renewal I have never requested for this service. This is totally illegal. When contacted through service centre, no proper reply was given. Request to refund my amount forthwith.
