Unauthorized charges for download of games and use of internet amounting to around Rs.259/- was made on 30th May and June 1.
I lodged a complained about it and was told by the service personnel that it was caused by malfunctioning of the system and the amount would be restored back in to my account after 4 hours. In fact I did not download any games and I have not subscribed the internet, till now. The amount has not been restored by the company till now. On the other hand they are falsely claiming and insisting that the deduction was made for use of internet and Rs.85 have been restored.
