Hi,
I made a transaction of Rs. 1640 on IVRS to one of an airtel representative (supposed) to buy a new DTH connection with Mega Value pack for 3 months free with set top box.
This is an internet fraud wherein I didn't get any confirmation over the mail of the invoice and there was no call from AIRTEL to install the new connection.
I called up CITIBANK and tried to cancel my credit card transaction of Rs. 1640 to the merchant.
I got the following Merchant Name and Address -
