I want to highlight one incidence which has many times happened with me. The AirTel mobile service is unnecessarly charging from my main balace on name of data usage which i have not used. This incidence has occured several times with me and every time i have raised this issue to the concerned team of Airtel. The worst part is their customer care just drops my call the moment i say that i have been charged for what i have not used. Yesterday they have charged INR 190 and when i asked the customer care team they agian dropped my call two times with every call chraged. Third time i called them and i talked to supervisor she told me that it has been charged for data usage which i have not used.
Similar instance happened last month and two months before also. I am totally unhappy with their service and their attitude. I want to highlight this issue to all the mobile users that they should be caraeful from Airtel, . They are behaving as cheaters.
