On 29 Feb 12 i went to Agra Cantt railway station to board Mathura allahabad express at 21.00 hrs. On the platform no. 4 Stall No. 13 Prop. Ms. Sandeep Vaswani. and the shop attendent Mr. Rizwan. i asked for a cup of coffee of Rs. 5 cost as per their rate list. He gave me the coffee and charged rs 7.00 and said that the coffee of Rs 5 which is as per the rate list is not available. When i asked for the complaint book. he refused.By that time my train came. Please look into the matter.
