This complaint is regarding the Air tel Postpaid mobile charges discrepancy issue. I was out of town for 3-4 months and My Phone was with My Mother (who is 60 years old and don't even know how to send or check sms). They charged me 7000 amount for 3G usage which can not be true. Air tel charged fraud amount from me. I logged a complaint when I was back in Town on which they never responded back and after few days they deactivated my services and started calling all my known people and starting harassing me. They never reverted back on my Alternate Land line or Mobile number which I supplied at the time of logging complaint.
After few months they emailed me a legal notice to make the payment and their Agent Ashwini called me threatening that If I am not making the payment they will trouble me personally. Then My Husband called Ashwini and they settled to make payment of 5000 Rs and the Air tel Agent sent me an email assuring that once I make the payment they will reactivate my number (On Dec 3). Last week when I went to Nearest Air tel Outlet in Galleria Market Gurgaon they informed me that my number is permanently deactivated as there is still some outstanding of 3000 Rs. When I called back the Agent Mr. Ashwini he told me that it will take unlimited time to get the services reactivated.
Highly disappointed with their services and, need urgent help in fixing this issue. Please suggest and help me with this regards. If they cant reactivate the services I need the money back which I paid please.
