I am a existing customer of ICICI bank for the last 8 years. While apply a loan through SMS . I have received a call from the branch. They confirmed 90000 rs is alloted for me @rate of 21% interest. I agreed & they confirmed a executive from the bank will come & collect the documents which inclde 5 cheques. Till now it is not collected. Please confirm whether U provide the loan or can I go to some other bank.
