While browsing a site on my mobile using airtel i noticed a popup and then a sms came saying i was deducted 99 rs for viewing the site. i then downloaded a game from another site and was charged 99rs again. i called airtel and they agreed to refund rs 99 and was asked to wait til jan 25th 1230 pm. today at 1430 i called agina nd was asked to speak to the supervisor who refused to honour the comittment given.
i am not using airtel anymore
