Hello Tunes are activating without any request and debiting the charges. while try to contact prepaid customer care team leader thru customer care executive more than 8 minutes the call was ringing and no body is picking the phone. disconnected the phone and tried again the customer care executive the answer was "YOU SHOULD WAIT IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO THEM. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON CALLING WE ARE GETTING SO MANY CALLS FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS" We are not feeling that these type of answers are fair from a customer care cell.
