I'm using Airtel prepaid connection on past 4 to 5yrs. But past 1 yr airtel customer care service was very very worst. For example, last month i had spoke with customer care people for AD-54321 cancellation but they will not do that. So, this month also, i have loosed Rs.20 for same AD-54321 service. i dont know what they are doing on customer care operators. Past two month i had loosed Rs.40/- (20 20) who will barer this.
And, Customer care peoples are not good in there services. Because while i speaking with them they will cut the phone call suddenly. is this is good for customer service?..
Now, i dont know where to go for this complaint.
