Dear sir,
First of all we can hardly get to talk to customer care executive after calling 121. Most of the time it gets disconnected half way through.
Now my complaint is that value added services are on my phone without my activation. I want to deactivate all value added services on this phone and do not want any value added service in future.
This is not the first time this type of complaint is made. It is a very frequent way of making money without our knowledge.
