Without intimation balance deduction

My name is Soma patil. Mobile no is 9730581684.

I am using Airtel service since last 3 years.

I was really frustated yesterday because my prepaid balance deduction of

40 rs without intimation. When i did call to custmer care he told me you are subscribe airtel live game zonewhy should i using aitel live because already i am using airtel gprs packet data & my phone is android 2.3 samsung galaxy y. He told me we are not given u balance get back you.
