I am Saurabh My NO is 9818669014.One week ago when I applied for portability. Custome care executive call me and told me we are giving you best offer just sms CANCELCO mob no to 51619.After 4-5 days has been passed today when I called some one my bal was 103.40 after a call of 4 sec my bal became 102.80.Means 60 paisa. After that I note that 60 Paisa is deducting from my account instead of 20 paisa. I got free talk time of 120rs A2A.But my rest offer 10p A2A & 30P A2Others has yet activate.
I Tried 198 100 times I am unable to connect the customer care.
WHAT IS THE REASON I AM UNABLE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE.
Now I have no way to tell my problem. That is why I am complainting here
I want a quick resolution. It is very shamefull for Airtel side.
