this is in concern to our initial deal we agreed upon our CELL PHONE TOWER errection on my property. I have paid Rs. 7200/- towards inspection for the Cell phone tower project, but there was no response since the payment which was made in june.
I have borrowed that money on interest based which I am paying interest of Rs. 350 per month.
Mr. Kumar Bhatia had Informed us for inspection on 29/11, no one has visited the site, When we tried to contact him
