To The General Manager Date-12/08 Deutsche bank

Subject: regarding transaction of RS.30000 from A.T.M of Citi Bank. New Delhi

Respected sir

I used A.T.M of Citi bank branch Jeewan Bharti building in Connaught place, New Delhi at about 16:20 hr on 31/08/09 to withdraw of Rs 30000 (thirty thousand) from deutsche bank credit card no 4412-8500-3035-6002 but due to technique fault money could not be received by me, but amount was credited. Several times I requested to the authority of deutsche bank but there is no action till now. So please look after the matter and give your feedback to me as soon as possible. There is one more concern for me to worry that if someone else has received the money so how shall I know? The deutsche bank customer care is harassing me for giving the money again and again. They are implementing penalty and interest on me again and again.

I request you to take necessary action at your end and amount Rs 30000 must be credited in my account with penalties and interest also. I would like to an immediate feedback from your side as I am pissed off.
