did not respond since 1996 regarding my share certificats of NRI quota. till SEBI involve ment and action letter from Govt. of India ministry of corporate affairs. Thanks to Govt bodie for action by which i received first communication from Amba.
Now amba says they have issued share certificates.(which I suspect is not true, because they did not reply for my many letters.)
I have requested for details of despatch date and mode of despatch and address of despatch for lodging police complaint regarding loss of certificate in transit as they say it was despatched. t.
RBI approval no and date.
Name of stock exchange that it was listed.
BSE ID/NSE ID/ ISIN ID.
if not I request to Amba Enterprises to return my money with interest for till date.
