did not respond since 1996 regarding my share certificats of NRI quota. till SEBI involve ment and action letter from Govt. of India ministry of corporate affairs. Thanks to Govt bodie for action by which i received first communication from Amba.
Now amba says they have issued share certificates.(which I suspect is not true, because they did not reply for my many letters.)
I have requested for following details and Amba is not responding.
1) details of despatch -date and mode of despatch and address of despatch of share certificate.
2) RBI approval no and date for despatch of share certificate.
3) date and name of exchange where it was listed.
4) why Amba not replied to my sevral letters from 1994 till date SEBI action letter.
4) IF Co's Director claims he has send the share certificate why no send me single Co's annual report for last 15 years.and dividents, bonus etc.
If Amba is honest co. the director Mr Tendulkar should have replied to my mails sent to him on 15th July.
I want above details to lodging police complaint regarding loss of certificate in transit as they say it was despatched..
I request please to take action against this fraud co, who cheated NRI investors.
