What is the meaning of DOM WDL MC?

Wrong Debit entry of Rs. 720/-

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account no.(30882270638) in State Bank of India, MGM Branch, Warangal, Pin Code 506007.

I have used canara banks ATM on 19-july for withdrawal amount Rs.720

A slip came out written "unable to proceed". I have not received any money from that Bank's ATM. But my account showing Rs.1000/- debited for the transaction. In mini statement transaction has been written as 720.00-DOM WDL MC.
