Loss of money

I hav comodity account in Anand Rathi at Pune-Satara Road Branch. They have traded some scripts without informing me and giving false information. They have made a loss of 10, 000/- Rs. Now that guy had left the company and joined Kotak.

I asked to Branch Manager about this he is not giving attention to my complaint.

What should I do???
