AS WE MISSED ANDHRA BANK ATM CARDS 3 NO.'S (DEBIT CARDS) IN TIRUPATI ON 29th, NOVEMBER I CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO BLOCK THREE OF OUR CARDS 1. MY MOTHER'S 2. MY SISTER'S:2 NO.;S... THE CUSTOMER CARE ANDHRA BANK, THE OPERATOR OR THE PERSON ON DUTY AT THAT TIME ASKED ME TO HOLD THE PHONE FOR A MINUTE AND HE STARTED ATTENDING ANOTHER CALLS AND DOING HIS TYPING WORK... I WAITED AND WAITED... AFTER SOME TIME HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL... THIS HURT ME AND I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE PROCESS...
