I bought 2 health insurance policies form this online portal, While selling the salesman followed aggressively and promised that I will get soft copy of the policy within 5 mins of payment (Complete Lie) and after payment I got a mail that I will get the soft copy of the policy within 2 hours of payment, Now it has been more than 5 days that I have not got any policy even after logging complaints, they just reply in very diplomatic languages and do resolve anything, I hope this not a fraud by Naukri.com Owners of this website.
