Sub: Cross Connection in my Telephone No. 23979717 & Disconnection even after ECS payment of Rs. 687/- on 29.09.2010.

Ref: Bill Date - 07.09.2010

Bill Period - August

Due Date - 28.09.2010

Complain No. x - 1148 and x 5161 (not attended so far)

With reference to above, please note that my Bill payment option is ECS since long period and my aforesaid bill date 07.09.2010 for the month of August amounting to Rs. 687/- had already been debited in my Bank (Syndicate Bank, N.S. Road Branch, Kolkata – 700001) through ECS on 29.09.2010.

Inspite of the same, my phone line for incoming as well as for outgoing got disconnected for the alleged reasons of NON-PAYMENT. As an evidence I am enclosing my Bank Statement were ECS Debited for BSNL Rs. 687/- is already depicted on 29.09.10.

You are requested to RESTORE my telephone line immediately for which I shall be extremely thankful to you.
