Internet banking transaction problem

Sir;

I am APARUP DAS one of the account holder of your bank. My account no is 4128000400062948 on Bikaner cant, RAJASTHAN.I had applied for internet banking. After that bank was issued me an user id and passward. Through this user id and passward i had logged in internet banking.

I am facing the problem is i am only viewing my account summary. But i am unable to do transaction my funds in own account or others account.

Please sir if you take favourable step so that i can enjoy of internet banking i shall be grateful to you.
