PF Claim not received

I am ATUL PANDEY and has submitted my application for claim of PF in the office of PROVIDENT FUND COMMIUSSIONER, KANDIVALI (W), Mumbai. My PF code is MH/KND/92297 and PF A/C No is 1816.

The forms 19 & 10c were duly received in PF Office on 6-8 butr i am sorry to say that till today

i.e 18-12 the amount has not been credited in my A/C. If i check the status on line the status shows

" under process". can anybody tell how much more time is required to settle the claim.
