Insect served in food

Dear Sir,

I was at this restaurant last night with my friends.

We ordered for a bottled mineral water along with some glasses, we figured out that there was a dead ant laying one of the glass.

We then ordered for soups, we got it and there was a dead house fly in the one of the soup.

Please look in this complaint.
