I agree with Samarjit, I have gone through the same experience as Samarjit, during my visit to country kitchen restaurant near ITER, I found their food was too oily and unhygienic; I had peeped around their kitchen status and found it very dirty and not up to the Quality standard, even not at Bhubaneswar Food Level. I brought this matter to the notice of Food Quality assurance authority at Govt. of Odisha, also I have given name of some other Restaurants at Bhubaneswar who are not authorized to run their business without the Quality certificate and proper authorization. The authority assured me of stiff action against these restaurants.
I appeal to every consumer not to visit restaurants like country kitchen and others for their unhygienic food and in case you visit, then ask them to show their quality standard certificate from Municipal Authority, Agmark, OPCB, etc. If they shows, just a Quality certificate from any state run Agency other than International ISO and Central Govt., then just ignore them, as any Quality certificate can be produced by state Govt., with some thousand rupees under table. Certificate from Central Govt. agency is more reliable.
So I request everybody, just not to go by the AC and decoration, but most importantly to go by the Quality of food, but not for the taste only as you don't know, in which conditions your foods are being processed. Therefore Dump Kitchen Country for their bad service and campaign against those type of restaurants.
