PF withdrawal cheque yet to be remitted to my bank account

Dear sir,

It is requesting to you that please give my EPF status bearing EPF Account no -//DL/24113/8343.I was working with Pizza Hut by Devyani International Limited but now I am working with The Manor Restaurant. I need it immediately as I am going to abroad in September. So please send me my EPF as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you.
