Respected sir, I insist to make a complain against a wine shop near my place who is charging excess Rs 44 per full bottle of dsp black. The actual MRP is RS 316 but he is charging me RS 360 for no service of his. I personally spoke to the bar manager, but reply was very rude towards me, I insisted him for a original bill, but he gave me a bill with tin number 29950737029, but there is no serial number for this original bill issued, the address of the wine shop is (r.v. wines, nh4, peenya, bangalore-560058). As per my knowledge MRP is maximum retailer price, but why is he charging excess for no service of his, and what is this a bill without serial number, please do help me with a reply, THANKING YOU..
