My Bill No.39357 dt 08.01.10, time of transaction- 23:06, Machine id-1, TIN No printed on the bill-33400780576 in the name of Hot Chips Rest Pvt Ltd CMBT. The undersigned approached this restaurant's clerk/cashier at the above machine to pack food items for my family members who were travelling the whole night by bus. Requested for plain dosa's but the clerk/cashier arrogantly replied in the first instant mentioning only - (1) Podi dosa and (2) Masala Dosa is available. The undersigned highlighted that without podi, they can offer plain dosas, as people were travelling its better to take plain dosa. In the second instant, he mentioned only Masala Dosa is available and if interested please take and started attending to other customer (though there was no rush at all during this time of transaction). I informed him that he is behaving rude and asked for the restaurant's manager contact number but he declined. The total experience was unpleasant due to very poor service by the counter clerk/cashier. When customers are paying, why the hell this branded (hot chips) company embarass the customers when approached at the counter? Its the reflection of a very bad and poor service and taking customers for granted. I am also trying to write to the Dy CM Mr MK Stalin at [email protected] as there is no proper compliant redressal sites of Hot Chips Restaurant available in their website. I have the following suggestions- (i) The bill does not mention the tax amount. There is no break up of the basic price and the taxable amount. How much revenue the TN Govt is getting & at what cost? (2) Though there is a provision in the bill to name the Clerk, its blank in my bill- Why the hell its happening? Are customers taken for granted, because they pay? My contact no is 9840017671
