I have bought the membership from hotel international of counter inn hotel for Rs7000/- and the scheme they have offered that time, they have changed so i dont want the scheme and i have never used the membership

and i have written the mail but they are not giving any answer and they are not picking up the phone. so i want my money back as they have changed there scheme when they have sold the membership.
