Charging over mrp without giving proper bill

I had purchased a 500ml pepsi bottle for which they had charged me 34rs & that to with giving me proper bill.

when i asked for bill they said that bill for 500ml pepsi doesnt come & they haven't mention in their menu & they r saying u can complaint to police for that so i hope u will look into this matter asap
