Subject: Illegal encroachment and opening of dhaba

We want to lodge a complaint aganist illegal encroachment in DDA market in A-2 Paschim Vihar near Radha Krishan Mandir (Shop no. 20). The actual size of shop is 9 X 7 sq. ft. The owner of shop has illegally encroached his shop to 9 X 16 sq. ft. Moreover, now he has opened an illegal dhaba named "Kishori Vaishnu Rasoi" which will disturb hygienic conditions of mkt. He has spread heating counters, tandoors and other things outside his shop. Whenever they put coal in tandoor, the ash and smoke spread in market. The heat of Tandoor and its ash is hazardous to our health also. The electric meters are near to the tandoor and tandoor's heat may melt them which can result in a big disaster. Beside this, they wash the dishes in open next to the entrance of mkt. The anti-social elements (drunkers) coming in night will disturb the social atmosphere of mkt. We have earlier lodged a complaint against the same manually as well online, but no response to it. An eating joint like this should not be opened, moreover it is creating unhealthy environment and troubling the shopkeepers. Request your intervention at earliest and resolve this situation as early as possible.
