Non Receipt of Refund

I had Applied for Club Mahindra Membership and swaped payment thru Credit Card. But for some reason I decided to cancel the membership as per the provision in the T&C provided. I had opted for membership on 20th Feb and Cancelled on 22nd by way written communication to their Andheri and Chennai office. Despite giving various mails I am yet the receive the cancellation amount to the credit of my account.

This is putting me into lot of mental strain and stress. In this regard I spoke to Ms. Madhu and Gayatri but none of the people have bothered to revert back.

I express my deep anguish and would like you to kindly take corrective steps against such erring companies.
