Payment towards the anti terrorism certificate

Hi,

Can you help me by giving details about MARRIOTT HOTEL RESORT appointments . i got the appointment letter. I have already paid the amount nearly 77, 000 for the processing of UK Visa and resident permit and i have received the scanned copies of above mentioned details and now again got the mail that i must pay 1500 GBP towards the anti terrorism certificate within four days otherwise they will cancel the visa .please help me out from this confusions.
