Higher Price than MRP in Bars and Restaurant

Hi,

I am from bangalore and whenever i order a cool drink in many restaurant, they are charging double or triple the original cost. I really wonder, even after fixing a Maximum Retail Price, they are sold at a high price. I am finding this trend in Highway Motels too. Is there a way to stop this?? Will a PIL help in this regard?? how can such practices be stopped??
