PF Settlement

Dear Sir,

Myself Babanendu Bhuyan, from Orissa, Ex employee of AMRICON AGROVET PVT LTD, PATNA, Vide PF No BR/PAT/20443/66, On dated 25/05 i had applied PF withdrawal thru form no-19 & 10-C, Till date i unable to get either any feedback or money from PF Authorities of Patna.

So threfore it once again i requesting concern Authorities to release my PF Money, i will be grateful & oblise to him
