Customer supporter misbehave & not answering

Hi All,

the customer support name is Sandesh, Ext: 02230922344.

4th floor, model industrial estate, near virwani ind. estate, off western express highway, goregaon (east) Mumbai-400063.

as i clear my loan on 15th nov-10 (loan #4050CD00070371), as i cancel my insurence that time he said i have to pay all money. after that he said i will get back my refund amount of insurence, till that day he never attend my call & never answer when we got my refund? plz help me out of that problem.

I never expecting this from bajaj fin servise.
